Skill Developement
Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development of our society and country. At present the capacity of skill development in India is around 3.1 million persons per year. The 11th Five Year Plan envisions increasing this capacity to 15 million annually. Further, India has a target of creating 500 million skilled workers by 2022. In order to achieve this target, skill development programs must reach out to and impact the rural population.
Our new policy is focus on skill development has arisen a result of combination of factors. We run the offline and online skill development Programs to changing demographic profile of the country. We focusing on the skill development of youth, girls and Women. The rising aspirations of our youth who seek better jobs and higher incomes, and the growing requirements of industry for an efficient. The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship takes a multidimensional view of the term ‘skill’. Skilling is a lifelong process. Hence, skill up gradation and reskilling are fundamental components of the skilling cycle. The Ministry also sees a close connection between skilling and entrepreneurship. We seek to create synergies between these two areas, so that our youth can aspire to being job seekers and job creators.
The main Objective of Mglobal Institute are:
» To enhance or to upgrade the skills of the youths or skilled employees is also the mission of this society.
» To establish a wide network of training centers for the youth.
» The main objective of this mission is to provide the training to the youths who are unskilled.
» The skill development program will enhance the earning capacity of the youths and it will improve the livelihood of the families.
» The National Skill Development Mission will provide a strong institutional framework at the Centre and States for implementation of skilling activities in the country.
» Increase the productivity of the existing workforce along with training and certification.
